We keep your personal info for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Services. Here are the details:

• Active paid accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Trial accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• After account ends: Data is deleted or made anonymous in a fair time, unless the law says we must keep it (e.g., tax records, legal claims).
• Buyer contact lists and outreach data you upload are kept while your account is active and deleted when it ends, unless the law says otherwise.
